I've heard people say that they look better than the Taurus Gaucho that was made about 20 years ago. I must admit, if they make this one in 357 magnum, I would be very interested.

 

They make these in 45 Colt AND 357 Mag.

 

$475 is pretty attractive.

I’ve been hankerin’ for one of these but they are more than twice that!

 

I handled a bird's head grip a while back, handed it right back to the clerk with a "no thank you". Good thing I found out that grip doesn't work for me before I ordered one.

 

Interesting. I don't have much experience with Taurus, but that is a good price point to scratch a SA itch.

 

Google Heritage centerfire revolvers..........And we see Heritage mad centerfire revolvers in the past....Probably still have the tooling to make them for taurus now....In fact one picture looks exactly like the new taurus. Doesn't matter to me I won't be buying one after a bad expirence with a taurus rifle (copy of Winchester 63) and one pistol(PT101).

 

That would also be good in a .44 mag.

 

I don't need another SA revolver, but the Deputy is worth looking at. But just a look.
