Honestly, you would do better to take some marksmanship training first. A good coach could probably help you diagnose what you are dealing with as well as understand the capability of your pistol and whether it could host a red dot.

Red dot sights and lights add bulk to handguns. This can considerably impact a gun's utility in both home defense and carry contexts. Both issues are considerations when making decisions about such accessories.

A quick search online for these doesn't show them prepared to host red dot sights.
