.............That S&W, whose parent company, Saf-T-Lock, has the locks that it packs with each new S&W handgun "MADE IN CHINA"?

Or is Saf-T-Lock located in China now?

Just wonderin'

Safety Hammer is now fully divested of Smith & Wesson, but the damn Ignition Key remains..... you can toss that China Lock in the nearest trash can, but you have to gut the revolver to remove the blasted integrated lock.

I didn't know that SS - So who is the parent Co. of S&W now? :?:

Ron,

The parent entity is Smith & Wesson Holding Company. They are publicly traded.

Here's a Blurb about it all from the S&W Website.

Safety Hammer might have saved Smith & Wesson when Thompkins LLC wanted to dump it, but the legacy of the blasted Laywer Key remains.
