can anyone tell me what model this S&W this is. A customer has this gun and can not I.D. it. can anyone help. there is the S&W logo/emblem on the right side of the frame

Welcome to the forums from the Wiregrass! Ignore my reply in your duplicate post. It does not appear to be a S&W. It most likely is a knockoff made in Spain or Belgium. Post a clear picture of the right side logo and maybe someone can ID it.

Except for the grip hook-up it sure looks like my 1896 Model .32 Long. The rear sight arrangement, engraving on cylinder, ejector rod all appear to be the same.
