When I was 16 I worked at a gas station a while. Being 1979 there was still a lot of 1960's cars on the road and some unique foreign models. It could be very interesting at times trying to figure out where to put the gas in. I can remember at least one time telling the driver, "I give up, where is it?" He had been watching me walk around his little foreign convertible with a big smile on his face. It was Karmann Gia. You had to pop the trunk, which was in the front since it was a rear engine setup
