I got the sale flyer from "Pennsylvania's Largest Gun Shop" which is about 75 minutes away. It's an extensive flyer, over 70 pages, for their annual Shooters Sale.
For the first time in about forever, there are no guns in it that I really want, and that is an unusual situation. Sure, there are a few I wouldn't mind having if flush with cash, but there is nothing new that I really have an itch for. Used guns aren't listed in the flyer so that doesn't mean they don't have anything interesting in the store though.
This is one of the few times each year that they have a lot of reloading components on sale so I will take a ride down with Curt most likely to take advantage of the $28.90/1000 price on CCI primers and get a box of the Speer 148gr HBWC for $35

Oh I definitely need a couple more revolvers, but unless they have a 3.5 inch P&R model 27 cheap, or a deal on a 2.5 inch 19....

Hey Jonesy,

All the revolver work you do.... might get some Federal Primers...too! :D

Make sure to stop at Denny's Beer Barrel Pub for a burger!

Good luck and hunting at the gun shop. I hope you find that 3.5 inch P&R model 27 cheap, or a deal on a 2.5 inch 19.

I'm familiar with the shop in question. I had a small shop in Stormstown just over the hill from Port Matilda. Never made it over to Grices and couldn't do business with them. It's been such a long time I've forgotten all the details (1976 or 1978). They had some pretty good prices then. Did a lot of business with Belding & Mull in Philipsburg. Ah, the good old days. Dropped my license in 1982, divorce and such.
