Hey Drew, 'bout now you could drive your Tahoe on that lake and set some traps! We're a long way from a scene like that one baby. ;)

Cush,

We could always take a can opener to the floor boards, drive over the fish holes and jig while we listen to the radio and stay warm....

Ryan went up to Echo Lake today and worked his butt off tending tip ups..... result: 1, 3 lbs Chub.

Come On Spring......

It wasn't too hot today, it only got up to 102. By 8:00 AM, I was flipping flapjacks and frying eggs on the hood of my Jeep. By 4:00 PM, I was roasting a turkey and some potatoes inside the Jeep with the windows rolled up. I was outside looking in. Just so you know, okay? By 5:00 PM, I was inside the storage shed using it as a sweat lodge. With the door open. Low humidity here, so I had to boil some water on a Coleman stove to make it feel like the real thing. By 6:00 PM I put some bisquits on the concrete slab out back to bake and by 6:30 - 6:40 everything was ready. We were all sitting in the walk-in freezer sipping tequila and enjoying a fine meal by 7:00 PM. Nope, not very hot today. It'll be a real scorcher tomorrow, though. Hot enough to grill some steaks on the wrought iron fence.
