Click into the album and into a picture that you want to insert. Don't copy the URL in the address line of the browser. Scroll down until you see the URLs in boxes on the bottom right of the picture. Use the BB Code box, right click to highlight the entire URL which will have the [IMG ] and [ /IMG] bulletin board codes already provided. Copy the highlighted URL and paste into your post. You can use the Photo URL box, but you will have to insert the image codes manually using the button on the command line or by typing them in. You will have to do this for each picture you want to embed. I generally have two browser tabs open. One for the text box and one for the picture album.

To insert and embed YouTube (or other) video, copy the URL of the video from the browser address window. In the post text box, click on the Insert Video button (35mm flim icon). Paste the URL into the dialog box and click OK. Remove the 'S' from https (make it http). Post.
