I live where they are made and have been meaning to get one but the price is the one thing holding me back. Are they worth it? I like the entry level Spartan($650), but would prefer a Trojan($900-$1100). Anyone else have an STI? Thanks in advance, James.

I don't own one, but have shot some and shoot with a lot of folks who use them in USPSA.

They are very nice!

I think you would be mighty pleased with the Spartan.

I haven't owned any, but shot a few of my friends guns....From that, it's easy to say that they are a very well put together and accurate .45

Haven't heard anything negative from the fellows that own them, matter of fact ~ all they say are good things
