Hi,
I just got a research letter form Smith and Wesson on my Russian model 3 there is a typo on date 1972 instead of 1872 . I mailed back requesting correct date be added .
I deleted image as address was of current person home. S&W historical made a bigger mistake and mixed two letters into one.

"Anyone know anything about Mr. Rich G. Wimer that is mention in letter? "

i think thats a typo.. somebody messed up that on the computer.. pretty sure they didnt have zip codes in 1872 :cautious:

'shipment was for 16 ... units billed at'

MW Robinson was a new york distributor, a great many S&W letters from tnis time indicate that company
