According to Standard Catalog, 3rd edition, the answer is no. But never say never with Smith & Wesson.

Can anyone tell me if smith and wesson ever made a blued model 57 with a full underlug.
I know they made a 657 unfluted cylinder full underlug.

I was hoping that they made one.
