Hi, new member here. Just joined today and have already received some helpful info from this awesome community, Now, I'm tryin' to find out the year my model 39-2 9mm was made. Serial number: A2288xx. It was my dad's gun and I have very fond memories of shooting it with him when I was a youngster (juuuust a few years back Again, many thanks, in advance! (I'm guessin' mid-1970's?)
