One I have been looking for for sometime. Didn't want to buy it but talked myself into it. One of the last of the 5 screws. All numbers match. I think it shipped in 1955 but I'll find out in a day or two. Hope to have in a couple of weeks.

Just a note those holes look a bit big for 22 LR maybe a K-38 pre Model 15.
OMG. I never even noticed. I'll have to contact the seller. Thanks.

Well color me stupid. I had been looking at a K22 box and when I saw the ad I just assumed a K22. Looks like I have a second K38 CM and still need a K22 CM. The best lessons are the ones earned through carelessness. I have to edit the title.

On the plus side you have a lovely 4" .38 Special to shoot. On the minus side you just posted your faux pas on a public forum. Still a win in my book.

Great find and the gun looks almost new. Should be a lot of fun to shoot. I already had a 4" 66, but I found a 15 no dash in great shape and it is pulling ahead of the 66 as a favorite.

I have a 1954 CM that seems to have spent a long time riding in a lawman’s holster. Not near as nice as yours.
