Dear S&W FORUM FAMILY,
As we go about our holiday routine, PLEASE, everyone remember to be ever so vigilant when it comes to candles, and other holiday decorations. The below photo, my first since having my shoulder operated on 3 weeks ago, took place at about 9:15 PM this evening. As to whether the lone person known to live here was present, we do not know at this time. Fire would of seemed to have started in the front of the house, burning up through the roof in just minutes.
PLEASE, EVERYONE, be careful, and use the best of judgement. I was less than 200 ft when this was taken as it is a home just behind ours. I would guess the house is a total loss, and am praying there was no one home.
Best,
J. R.

Thanks for the timely reminder, Tusker.

I'll add my prayers hoping no one was home.

Tusker,
That's a very timely reminder.
Thanks for posting it.
We suffered a house fire back in 1989, and learned two very important things:
1) What the fire and smoke doesn't destroy, the water does
**and**
2) As long as the people and animals are saved that's all that really
matters. All the rest is just 'stuff'.
;)
Don

PS...Glad that shoulder's coming along.
