The only thing that makes it a little more valuable is that it's a Performance Center pistol. Those are improved pistols and will bring around $100-150 more than a stock 4006. Generally most pistols in 40 S&W are not very popular, because the round never lived up to the expectations, and is more expensive than 9mm ammo. Calling the cartridge 40 Short & Weak just about fits. When it comes to 40 S&W, there is little collectable in this caliber, and just because it's rare or uncommon doesn't mean it's valuable. To me and in this region you're pistol is worth somewhere in the $550-600 range if you have the original box and accessories. If not call it $450-500.
