Welcome to the forums from the Wiregrass! I'm going to kindly disagree with my friend Oldgungeezer. I believe he dropped a digit in the serial number. I'd put your manufacture date at 1914-15 and that would make it a .32 Hand Ejector, 5th Change. Also, it has been refinished in nickel. If you look under the barrel on the extractor rod flat and there is a B in front of the serial number, it left the factory with a blue finish. As far as value goes, I'd put it in the $200-300 range.
