Found no Smiths today. My daughter had a doctor's app. so I hit my favorite shops on the way home. If nothing else they will make good truck guns. I've been feeling the pressure from the Ruger guys here posting those SA's, just couldn't find one I liked. James

Yep them are definantley beat up old truck guns for sure.Especialy that one on the right. Looks like some fool done went and stamped a picture of his horse on it.The barrels are probably both all stretched out of shape to.You know some of these guys will try and shoot there guns to far.Thats real bad for a gun.If they are ruined you could always wrap some tape around the barrels and take them dunlop looking grips off and use them for framing hammers. hehehehe

Charlie, good to hear from you. There are only two shops in G-town that sell guns besides Wally world. One I like is National Pawn on 29 and Austin Ave. Ask for Joey he is the manager and very helpful. The other one in town is Cash pawn on Leander. The other two shops I picked these up at are Heritage in Austin and Action pawn in Round Rock. Good people and fair prices. Action will actually call you if you let them know what you like. James

Thank you sir. Is the one on 29 East or West of the freeway? My sister and brother-in-law live West on 29 through town out on Serenada or something like that. I would think it would be East of 35 since I haven't seen anything like a gunshop/pawnshop West of the freeway for the many years I've been visiting.
