As written on the box, it's the old 22 RF Winchester. It's longer and slightly more powerful than our current 22 Long Rifle rounds. As you can see, it actually has an inside lubricated bullet compared to our common Short, Long, and Long Rifle rounds. It is not usable (due to the case diameter and length) in a rifle or revolver marked for 22 Short, Long, or Long rifle. Reportedly, the round can be fired in a 22 Magnum rifle as the case dimensions are pretty much the same.
In my youth, I still saw boxes of these on the sporting goods and hardware store shelves. I've never fired the round though. The "H" on the headstamp stands for Mr. Henry, who was employed by Mr. Winchester in the development of his first lever action rifle... the Henry rifle.
