Welcome to the forums from the Wiregrass! It is a K frame just like the US model. K frame grips are pretty much everywhere or are you looking for some that are period correct for that gun?

Then what you want is S&W VIctory revolver grips. Original grips are often found on ebay, gunbroker, gunsamerica and the classifieds forums here and on the Blue Forum. Replica grips can be purchased from NC Ordnance. If your gun hasn't been refinished, these will make it look like it did when shipped. However, they are not very good for shooting, IMO.

Also try Sarco. They usually have some. I got these from them.
