As y'all may have come to realise , I do like my PC guns . Well , here's 2 more . Both are 5906 's , but one is 4in , of which only like 450 were made . The other is a much rarer one , only 19 were made . I've actually seen a letter from Roy attesting to the fact . Both are the usual PC perfection , match barrels , Bailey bushings , the whole nine yards . The one thing I don't like is the sights , wish they were BoMar adjustable . But seeing as they were made for IDPA competition , no use for adjustable . Anyways , enjoy .
Steve , if I was going to shoot them an LPA would be on my list of things to buy . The 5in is unfired , and with only 19 made it's too valuable to shoot . The 4in I just might have to do it , but I think I'll keep the 2 of them unfired . I have LPA's on a couple of my S&W's and they enabled them to become much more accurate .I think I'm going to break out my Recon's and Shorty's to share next , it's a pleasure to share with all of you , just like I enjoy looking at the pictures of S&W's all of you share .
You may not realize that is an adjustable version of a Novak sight available on the market. I think there are two models...one for elevation only and the other for windage and elevation. I haven't looked at them closely but you should be able to find them at Brownells.
Rock185 , now I know where 6 of 19 of the 5in 5906IDPA's are . I've put LPA's on a few of mine , it really wakes them up . I've also put Sig Romeo's on some of mine , including a 745 and a 45Recon .Sometimes us old folks need a little help .
