Recently ended up with this revolver, does anybody know what it is and/or when it was made? I think the serial number is 36363 or there about, would have to clean it up a bit to read for sure.

Would this have any value, maybe for parts perhaps?

Pre 1899 so Antique. No FFL required.

How can you tell it's a S&W? It could be an H&R or an Iver Johnson or Spanish or..........

Shape of the missing sideplate etc. Also there wasn't copies of this model like there were for hand ejectors.
