I picked up a blast from the past recently, a Ruger P89T. the two tone model.
It needed a little cleaning up. The shop actually had 2 but the other one looked like it was lubed with old motor oil. And, for some reason, was marked almost $70 higher than this one.
They are nice, tough old guns. Rectangle Font Gun barrel Metal Gun accessory

I like Ruger plastic Semi-Auto pistols. They are light, sturdy and super reliable, and have never given me a problem. I had problems reassemblinmg my steel .22 Stand Auto Mk. 1,2,and 3 pistols, however. I understand that Ruger has finally fixed the problem, with the Mk. 4. About time Ruger!!!!! But, they are still too heavy for me.

People on the Forum never mention Rugers very much. They go for the more exotic pistols that cost much more!
