Gee, maybe a little more information would help. Revolver or pistol? Barrel length? Chambered for what cartridge? Fixed or adjustable sights?

Gosh, if only there was a sticky someone could read to help them garner information.

revolver, 38 S&W special US Service ctg's (not absolutely sure about the ctg's but it seems to be). SER # 55926. 4" bbl. with fixed sights. about all I can read off it. Sorry about lack of info and tks for your help.
