Greetings from Northern Virginia.
Got hooked in July on a 4006, added a 4506 to the family in November and am waiting to deliver a 5906 in January.
Kinda like kids, fun to play with and expensive to keep.
Am now looking forward to expanding my S&W knowledge.

No S&W revolvers?
Eye balling some of the fine examples here can cure that

Welcome,
Another S&W pistol shooter, Yeah!
I have a 669 and love shooting it and I'm sure you're just as happy with your pistols too.
You gotta get some of those pre-lock revolvers though. Fun to shoot and just as much fun reading about the folks here appreciating your irons.

I am considering a 686, 4" barrel with standard grips, as the ones with finger grooves do not appeal to me.
I am combing through GunsAmerica and GunBroker, but will probably wait until the Dulles Gun Show to see if there are any that i can touch, feel, etc. before laying out the cash. I am also considering the used cheaper ones to start with, and would ask for any thoughts or comments?

Thank is advance.
