I bought a Marbles tang sight and a Lyman globe front sight for my Uberti hi wall. The sight ran out of elevation. I bought a taller globe sight, it didn't match the tang sight. The good folks at Marbles
baled me out. They replaced the stem on my tang sight. Now it works like I wanted.
It quit raining in time to go try it out this afternoon. I put a target at 25yds and one at 50yds. I was dreading having to fiddle with the sight. I shot 2 rounds, didn't move a thing. I moved out to the 50yd
target. I shot one round and moved the sight up 6 clicks. I fired two more and called it good. I started shooting at steel at about 150 yds and that's when I learned to count the clicks. Like I said
it rained all night and all day and we couldn't see any bullet strikes.Next trip we take the 38-55 shooting were going to take a good spotting scope and tripod. Here is what the targets looked like.

That looks like the sights, rifle, and shooter are all tuned up. Good time.
