I recently bought a tyler t grip for a recent model 63 purchase. I was unable to locate a decent set of little J frame wood grips at the time, so I ordered a pair of the dymondwoods from S&W. When the dymonds arrived, they were not very form fitting to the 63. They seemed to be made much like my newer model 638. Sure enough, they fit it's CNC grip frame perfectly. I found another tyler t for the 63 and am still looking for some wood, but the 638 has a brand new tyler t and set of dynawoods. It has a different feel from my older j frames with older tylers, but I kind of like the new "old look".
What do you folks think?

Good looking piece. Kind of neo-retro at the same time, as though the company manufactured it in the recent future.

Lookin' good!

It's amazing how much better a revolver looks and feels after adding a Tyler T..
