Hello All.
I'm a new-ish shooter. Lots of rifle and shotgun experience, and only recently gotten my Restricted license, as we have in Canada, and looking to get into pistol shooting.
As you might imagine pistols are not as plentiful as they are south of the border, but two of the three that I now have are S&W. An M&P9 1.0 and a 645.

Welcome Scott, from another Canuck. Great group here. 95% are ok with Canada so pretty good odds. A smattering of people from other parts of the world too.

Interesting timing for you to embrace handguns. Let's hope we get to keep them!

Welcome to the forum. I hope you thoroughly enjoy the S&W pistols you have. Consider at some point acquiring a S&W 686 .357 revolver at some point. My preference on the "L" frame platform is the 4 inch version. They are a classic, and will last many lifetimes. From experience, an older used one in good condition is probably preferred.
