I have recently aquired a mossberg 590 A-1 Shotgun, that has a bayonet lug on it. I want to get a bayonet for it. For no other reason than it would be cool to have! I have been searching the web, and most M-4s and M-7s are around $30+. Then, i found this site, and i think this will fit the gun. It is an M-10. Great price. What do you think?

I sent the link to a knowledgeable person, and was told that he thought that it was a cheap Chinese knock-off. Even so, it would only be for looks anyway.

On the other hand, I was thinking that having a quality fixed blade knife would be a good thing to have in the "bug-out bag". Even if camping, it would be worth having a good strong sharp blade. The US military ones have carbon steel blades. I guess I will have to look around some. A real M-10 goes for about $130. A bit more than I was looking to spend (actually a LOT more!)

Any other ideas as to which bayonets are good quality at a reasonable price?

This opinion is only based on a quick look at the lancelotsden.com site, but I don't believe I'd waste any money on their merchandise.

Love that shotgun, by the way.
