All, have a model 60 here with the serial R141XXX

It also has initials engraved (electric vibrating type) on the frame and cover plate under the handle. “RLR” in cursive. Also has “H23” and “79-0640” engraved as well. ‘79 might be a reasonable range date for the person who likely bought it new.

Gun is from the 74 to 77 time range,,but closer to the 76-77.
R-100000-190000 is 74-77. Looks like maybe a drivers license number. Have seen those etched on guns before.
