My guess on age based on the serial number is it is from late 1983. Other, more knowledgeable members should be able to give you more information.

I would think over $600 with the Box.

I just sold a model 60 for $650, with the box. Yours looks to be pretty clean, so I would guess it's at least worth that.

Sorry I can not give you a value. I have an older one, NIB that was a gift from a friend. I too would like to know what one is worth. Thanks, Big Larry View attachment 502824
There is a very nice one with box, no tools, on Gunbroker with a current bid of $655, with 5 days to go on the auction. It is somewhat newer than yours is Larry, probably early 70's. I would guess with the right presentation, a really nice, like new one could very well break $700 these days

It is # R 86283, shipped 8-1973. I got it in 2005 as a gift from a PD Officer in Birmingham AL. I think he said he had 4 of them. Big Larry
