Welcome to the forums from the Wiregrass! A 3" Model 36 with a floating J serial. The floating J was used in 1971-72. Your picture of inside the yoke cut obscures the model number. Look again on the frame, not the yoke arm.

That's all the numbers on the weapon
Well, all you can see without removing the grips. The 88552 assembly number in the yoke cut will be found on the left side of the grip frame because it matches that frame with the yoke arm. There may be other numbers stamped on the grip frame that are fitter or inspector stamps like the G3. However, you have the significant numbers and the model number. What else do you want to know?
