Very, very nice. I don't have a K-22 with that length barrel and you have two. Hmmm. Okay, well, I do have a couple of M-48s in that barrel length w/o boxes. Not the same, but the jealousy bug's bite doesn't sting quite so much.

Beauties to be sure, takedeadaim. Model 17's, yup that is what they are - but I liked it
better when S&W called called em "K-22 MASTERPIECE", cause as far as I am concerned,
that is exactly what they were and still are.

Beautiful handguns you have there - and you definitely do a great job of keeping them that way!

I would love to find a pristine K-22 from 1962. I think that would be a neat gun to pass along to my girls.

I found a pristine '58 vintage Model 17 a couple of years ago. Beautiful blue job. Shoots beautifully. I tend to favor stainless these days. My nice 17 is a vintage collectable, so it doesn’t get used nearly as much as my 617s.

The Mod. 17 on top of your photo has a longer barrel than the one on the bottom of same photo. (Or did I get that back-words?) Anyone else notice this? Not funny, huh? Beautiful "Seventeens". I have two pre 17s but the barrels are some two+ inches shorter. Nice of you to share.
