My wife and I have from the beginning and will continue to do so. SOP for us when we go out in public. Yes, I carry concealed at the same time.

I still say we need "Trump" reelection themed masks. "Keep America Great!" in bright red?

I just returned from Kroger and about a third of the crew was wearing masks....on their chins.

It's a test of how far the sheep will go...

.
If folks would pull the mask off'n their eyes and look at the facts and not the media, open their ears to the truth and not the who...

True, but he's also made it his "badge of office."
Some badge. You just know if he gets elected, first EO will be mandatory masks, worn on the chin of course.

Biden in the Whitehouse is a horrible thought. I need to think about more pleasant stuff.

BC38 would approve!
Nope, not at all. I wouldn't even report someone for not wearing one when their state has a requirement to do so.
Like my pastor said I will never try to force or shame people into wearing one. I will try to persuade them people with logic and reason, and I will present arguments in favor of it and do what I can to help foolish people see their foolishness. Especially in an anonymous setting like an internet forum. But attack people or force them? Never.

That being said, I must also say that I'm not too surprised and frankly I expect to see more of these same situations play out as more states make masks mandatory. I admit I don't have a lot of patience for stupid or inconsiderate people, but some people simply will not tolerate it and will take matters into their own hands. Expect it to happen more in the coming months.

Funny thing is, way back in the 50's and earlier, peer pressure to conform to moral and societal "norms" for the good of everybody was not only acceptable, it was considered a positive force in this country. Now we will tolerate anything except someone disagreeing with us - especially if they dare to publicly speak up and say so.

A legacy of the "if it feels good do it" liberal left mindset I think.

I already presented the logical common sense argument about how a mask protects others in another thread. Read it and refute it if you can.
No established science that facemasks reduce the spread of germs huh? I thought that question was settled back around the turn of the century when surgical teams started wearing them to avoid infecting the surgical field.
Am I biased? Against stupidity, ignorance, and foolishness, I am very biased.
