Mine is also a '41 Inland. Just a hoot to shoot.
One of the high points of my summer was a range day with a family friend. He was issued an M2 and a Combat Masterpiece in the 60s as an Air Force MP. (Air Police?)
He had asked for range time to shoot a new S&W 442. I brought the carbine and my 67 no dash. He hasn't shot much for years but he had a great time that day.
