I have a G23 that I bought from a buddy and it came with the 9mm barrel conversion too. I just swap out the barrel and spring (mine came with a different spring for the 9 mm) and slap in a G19 mag and off I go. Shoots great with either caliber pretty much the same POI. POA.
I have several G19 mags if you feel you need more.
