I obtained this 5 screw, K-22 Masterpiece, S/N K 205xxx circa 1953, with box and sight tool last fall. The elderly gentleman that I bought it from was the original owner, who bought it in Detroit in 1953 after getting out of the U.S. Navy. This man's Dad was the Detroit Police Officer that owned the model 1917 in the pre-1945 section. He has no heirs so he decided to sell these fine old revlovers to me, because he knew that I would appreciate them and their history. Greg

Thank you all for your compliments, I'm sure they'd be proud, I know that I am proud to have known both of these fine gentlemen, their revolvers and their stories. I also thank the board administrator's for giving us a place to show our collections and tell the stories. Greg
