I traded for this K-22 from 1955 at the Gila Bend Gun Exchange about a year ago and it's about my favorite K-22.
It's a Five Screw, Heavy Barrel with Bright Finish. Since it's such an eye popper I thought it deserved some Keith Brown Roper Stocks......
That's a beauty! I'm pretty sure that I deserve some KB Rovers but my wallet doesn't agree. I'm also pretty sure that sooner or later I'll have to spring for a pair.
How much do you charge to enter your fabulous gun vault and do you keep a nurse on duty to help those who pass out from overload? Great combination of gun and grips - again!

I have been to the Gila Bend Gun Exchange. Small venue with great selection of S&W's. I found a couple of good ones there. Can't quite remember which ones though. Old age and too many good ones have come into my life.
I have two S&W's with the KB grips on them. Nice guns and well added to with the new grips.
The J-22 is a S&W 651, 22 MRF, 4 inch.
The plus one is a S&W L-44. S&W 696, 44 Special, 3 inch.
A couple pics of each. [email protected]
