Rule #1. The only "safe" gun is unloaded. (Unless dropped on you foot.)
Rule #2. Guns are always loaded.
There is NOTHING I hate more than seeing the muzzle of a gun swing across my person. That person WILL be told not to do it again...or I will reciprocate...and my gun is definitely NOT unloaded.
