I'm so happy, I just added my first long barrel N-Frame to my collection.
Here is what I've managed to gather so far in my revolvers.
I'm thinking it's a pretty good start for only 10 months of doing this.

I do have a couple of pistols, but they are just guns.

These are REVOLVERS!
It's taken a while and 3 different trades to get these 4 lined up.
I'm really happy with all of them and will use these to continue to build on.
This is my base - onward and upward from here. (18DAI-you ought to like these)

Oh, you desperately need a 28-2. If nothing else but to balance your collection which is tilting precariously to the K-side.

Oh..... I've got K-22 fever allright !

I am dying to own a K-22, but can't find the right deal on one yet.
It has to have a 6" barrel though. The Model 17 or 617 will do just fine.
It will come to me I'm sure.
I had a Model 617, 6" in hand, but like an idiot, instead of buying it, I sold it for a friend.
I could have had it for $389.00, original box, all of the papers, tools and all.
But instead I got $650 for her out of it. I don't feel bad about that part.

Enjoy your new N frame. It's hard to beat a N frame. I can remember my first one. Damn that was a few decades ago. Time sure does fly.

gc, Fantastic start to your collection. Wheel guns are that way... no cure now. Please don't take this the wrong way, sometimes I'm just OCD about correctness, but the 19 and 66 should be called Combat Magnum and Combat Magnum Stainless respectively (as opposed to Masterpiece). I have corrected the error in my ways. Thanks for the oversight.
The grasshopper needs guidance from the masters on occasion.

This is all I need. I don't need anything else, except I need a K-22, an N-frame .41 Magnum, a Model 16 .32 magnum, an N-Frame .45, a K-frame .22 magnum, a Model 10, a model 27, etc, etc.

Thank goodness there are so many to choose from, I would hate to not have one of each of them.

What is it about the S&W that makes them so comfortable in the hand?
I've tried the Ruger DA revolvers, and the Colt's too. Nothing feels like an S&W revolver. They always feel solid, even the older nearly worn out models.
And they look so good too.

Just gotta have them all or at least one of each.

VERY NICE first N frame! I was looking for one like that (29-5 or -6 Classic full lug) when I ran across the same thing in stainless (629-3). I still would prefer the blued one like yours!
