welcome01 to the forums from the Wiregrass! At the top of the forum are some sticky posts. One will take you to the S&W Historical Foundation home page where you can download a copy of the Letter of Authenticity Request. Fill that out, put a bunch of pictures in the package along with $75 and send it in. About 3 weeks later you should get a letter from Roy Jinks with the information you desire.
