Surrounded by fenced areas filled with junked cars, salvaged junk from demolished buildings, tents and cardboard shelters where street people live, and a railroad equipment yard...if you didn't already know where this little chapel is, you'd have a hard time finding it, even though it's just a block or two off a really busy street. It's like a bright little light in a really dim area.
