So I walk into this store this afternoon figuring they will have their usual used supply of S&W revolvers and stuff. OH MY GOD !!! They had the motherload !!! I was drooling all over the counter, especially over the 3, yes 3, S&W single shots !!! One was a 1891 3rd Model Perfected 22lr 10" barrel, another one in 6" barrel, and a 2nd Model in 22lr with an 8" barrel. Here's a list of some of the stuff they had. If you want asking prices and contact info, let me know because I don't want to type out all those prices. Probably some wiggle room on the prices I'd guess. Oh, they also had about 30 or 40 Hi-Standards, all the good Models, some in original boxes, saw a few Olympics, etc.

Yeah, I got excited when I saw the 45-2 listed until I saw the $1250 price.

I guess nobody wants to sell me one for $300...

I looked at that 45-2. If it was pristine, I would have taken it, but it had been holstered for a time. Still, it was the only time I have examined one. It was too steep for me as well.
I did manage to get two revolvers there that I am very pleased with.
