Handguard???

I have a M&P15-22 with the quad rail. Can I swap it for the factory round /M-LOC handguard?

Yes, it's a direct replacement;

Handguard, New Factory Original (Sport) | Gun Parts Corp.

or a take off that someone has lying around.
