A fellow at the Tulsa Gun Show had two tables piled up with trade knives that he said he made. I was fascinated and could hardly take my eyes off all the various interesting designs - so I walked away in possession of this one:

It'll hold a pretty good edge, so I use it as a utility knife around the house. The little cut-out is supposed to be for "dressing" sinew - but works pretty good for cutting thin insulated copper wire, too...
