I snapped a picture of the trigger I recently got from GunParts to replace the one in my new-to-me 24-3 (the previous owner had narrowed and smoothed the original.) I've been away from the handgun scene for so long it dawned on me I wouldn't know an MIM part if I saw one. Ihad gone thru Numrich because I figured they would have older parts in stock. The description didn't say either way.

I don't know, it just has a sort of cast look to me. Here it is:

What do you all think? It fit perfectly, passed the push off test, and seems to work fine.

Wrong view. Look at the back of the trigger. If it has a groove down the back, it's MIM. CC hardened will be solid.

Thank you ! My trigger has no groove, so I guess I'm forged. And thanks for explaining the difference!
