Hey I thought I'd share a short video clip of a deer my youngest shot several years ago. Now that photobucket can do videos.
He shot it with a Marlin 30-30. He was about 14 at the time.

Nice deer. Even better shot! Thing never took even one step. Lot's to be proud of there.

Yup, they were turkeys flying across the screen. We have a variety of wildlife here.
We have some kill shots of turkeys and gophers too. :eek: :eek:

Nicely done.... Fine Deer. Fine memory that will last a Lifetime. Well Done Dad.

You sure don't see bucks like that often up here in Maine...

Yes John, it was..... both DJ and his brother, Ryan had started deer hunting when they were 10. DJ (and Ryan too) had knocked down a goodly amount of venision before this, but mostly does, buttons and forks for the freezer. This was his first of two fairly nice West VA bucks he got last year and the year before.
