Howdy,

Planning on concealed carrying my 629 3" soon but wanted to carry at least
one speedloader in a belt pouch. I know I saw a leather holster maker
advertise a concealed carry speedloader pouch, but for the life of me
can't remember where I saw it. It was an interesting design where the
speedloader in the pouch fit over the edge of the belt.
Can anyone help with this one?
Thanks so much.

Hey Motorman,

Safariland.

The one for 45acp full moon clips should work for .44Mag/Spec. if you take the "guts" out.

Hope this helps...

Thanks for the suggestion. The one I actually saw on a website was leather (which I prefer). Anyone else have an idea?
Thanks

Hey M,

Triple K makes a nice one...

So does Jox

As do Galco, Safariland and many of the finer Holster Makers...

The best I used for duty and cc had the rounds straddling your belt with a snap enclosure over the top, IIRC they were Safariland, don't know if that setup would work for a 5 shooter. They were about as flat as a magazine holder and very secure, with practice you could reload pretty quick.....for a wheel gun. Speed strips are a good way to carry your ammo so you can find it, but speed is not there thing, better than loose rounds in a pocket.

Most of them are hard to conceal on your belt because the top is round and flat bunching your shirt. When I conceal carry a revolver and two speed loaders, I use an A.E. Nelson 61 carrier. They are narrow at the bottom and I wear it upside down so my shirt flows over it. When I unsnap it, the speed loader falls into my hand for quick reloads.
