Enough of this cold weather. I just got my Shaver sight delivered last week. I've got it mounted on my 38-55 highwall. Now I need some reasonable weather to shoot it. I'm really liking this Uberti rifle.

Good Luck on using you new “play thing”! Cool weather does minimize outdoor shooting activities once it gets down around or below zero. Especially, if the wind is blowing! memtb

Me too. I need to exercise my 45-70's but it's been too chilly or when it warms up enough it's been raining.

As you probably have seen in our range reports Jonesy814 and I frequently go out shooting when its been in the 30's. No brisk weather or snow on the ground has stopped us from time at the range. 😎

Stopping a hunt, and stopping me from going into the backyard for some shooting is vastly different! Hunting time is limited....backyard time is anytime! memtb
