I recently purchased a model 10-5, dated around 1962-64, has sweetest action ever, a Bill Davis bull barrel, with adjustable sights. Does anyone have any other information?
Thanks

The model 10 didn't leave the factory with adjustable sights, so sounds like some customer gunsmith work.

I'm not familiar with him.

Hey M,

Bill Davis was/(is?) a premium PPC Gun Maker.

This is a file pic (off the net) of one of the many fine Revolvers that Davis built.

Note the "quick change" front sight settings. Underlug. Trigger Stop. One, possibly two crane locks. Action will be "glass like".

Any one gets a chance, should get one....if they are wanting a true custom revolver. Very under valued.

Later, Mark
