I bought this back about 1981 or 2. Serial puts it at 1977 mfg. It has seen 10s of thousands of rounds. Back when I first got it, I would buy bricks of 22s at Yellow Front that were made in the Phillipenes. I think they used black powder in them. After about 300 rounds, the can of WD-40 came out and we would be off shooting again. Great pistol that I would recommend to anybody. Barb won it from me on a shooting outing. She lets me 'borrow' it from time to time Note her left handed grips
